Essential oils can be used for various purposes:
* aromatherapy * in bath * sauna * massage oil (add some drops to a base of oil) * inhalation * in an aroma light (diffuser) * as a body perfume
How to use:
* Handkerchiefs and pillows. Use a few drops of your chosen oil to inhale.
* Shower. Use 2-3 drops of your chosen oil on a sponge.
* In bath. Put 20 drops of your chosen oil in bath water just before you take a bath, and enjoy the pleasant scent for 10-15 minutes (best water temperature: 37 degrees Celcius).
* Foot bath. Use 5 drops of your chosen oil in a foot bath. Enjoy the beneficial feeling for about 10 minutes.
* For massage. Mix 10-30 drops of your chosen oil with 100ml. basic-oil and use this to massage the sore spots.
* In an aroma lamp (diffuser) of glass, porcelain or ceramics. Put a little water with some drops of your chosen oil in the lamp (diffuser) and heat the lamp with a tea candle. The pleasant aroma of the oil will be given out quickly.
